The Ashram
The Ashram
Kailasha Yoga
Born from the will and work of a group of students close to Master Kailasha, the Ashram is today a point of reference for those who feel the desire to approach the discipline of Yoga — a discipline still largely unknown in its completeness and in respect of its deepest roots.
The Beauty of Knowledge
In an ancient 16th-century farmhouse, surrounded by nature and just a short distance from Lake Garda, near Sirmione and Peschiera, Verona and Brescia, it is easily accessible for short stays and periods of intense and unique Yoga practice.
The Ashram offers ample space dedicated to Yoga: three rustic-style rooms for practice and teaching, a temple dedicated to Shivaism, and a large outdoor park for practice and meditation during the mild seasons.
Staying overnight at the Ashram
During seminars, events or periods dedicated to practice, it is possible to stay overnight at the Ashram. The stay is designed to encourage a more focused and continuous experience, allowing guests to take part in the activities on offer and to spend a few days in an essential setting oriented towards practice.
The rooms are double rooms for single use, with the possibility of adding one or two extra beds. Each room has a private bathroom, and bed and bath linen is provided.
During events, the meals included in the programme are provided. A shared kitchen is also available. Guests may use the practice rooms, the common areas and the garden. Availability is assessed according to the period and the activities scheduled.
For information on available dates and accommodation arrangements, you can contact the Ashram directly.
