Control of the Vital and Sensory Mind
The Yogi who has control of the vital and sensory mind is not affected by
opinions, is not a slave to situations and external stimuli.
Poison and Nectar
Pleasure and Pain
Attraction and Repulsion
There are countless opposites that the Yogi is not disturbed by,
but they can become the afflictions that afflict people who are not dedicated to this discipline,
and become sources of constant pain.
Anxiety, disappointment, dissatisfaction are afflictions that originate from ignorance
and attachment, while unperturbed and dedicated to the practice Of introspection, the
Yogi is satisfied and happy with his own internal experiences, which, not originating from external
stimuli, are as solid as a mountain.
The Yogi does not avoid obstacles, but reevaluates their importance as they
become a means of stimulation.
He does not care about judgment because it could be fair, severe, and an honor
to receive it.
Dedication and effort will be a sweet necessity.
