Seeking mental emptiness is chasing selfishness and the fear of suffering.

The brief and extemporaneous anesthetic of those seeking mental emptiness will inevitably vanish in the face of fear and death.

The achieved absence of suffering is short-lived, a small pill compared to the eternity of karma, of the tasks that await every being on earth.

The ego is not annihilated in the emptiness of the mind but simply falls asleep.

It strengthens, becomes harder and more insensitive, not inclined to Change.

The mind and the vital body thus age and wither, primitive beings almost always of the male gender.

Why the emptiness?

We must seek fullness!

Fullness of the absolute within us

Fullness of knowledge

Fullness of light

Fullness of transformative energy

Fullness of the ability to change in the challenges of human incarnation

Fullness of the ability to express the glow of the Atman

Expressing the light of the Soul through perfection is the task of a superior incarnation.

The light of the motionless sun creates, is dynamic, is reflected in life, not in immobility.

In inertia, in fear, in the ego closed in on itself, the fear expands like the shadow at sunset.

At the end of physical life, suffering will take a heavy toll on a life lived in inertia.
