The yogic discipline of Prāṇa that prepares one for inner and transcendent states
The Seminar
A full day of practice, study and direct exchange, held within the quiet and contemplative atmosphere of the Ashram.
Prāṇa is the life within life: not simply the air we breathe, but the universal Energy that sustains all manifestation. In the yogic vision, prāṇa is an expression of the universal Self, which the yogi prepares to recognise and experience through Prāṇāyāma.
Throughout the day, participants will be guided through practices that refine the breath, gather the mind and lead progressively towards deep meditation and inner experience.
In dialogue with the Master, personal inner experiences are understood, brought into order and placed within the authentic framework of the yogic tradition.
An essential and intimate setting in which practice becomes an opening towards the inner dimension and transcendence.
