A day in the place where Knowledge is alive. Practical and theoretical seminar in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and meditation.
Applied practices and techniques.
YOGA NIDRA
An ancient immersive practice, not only on the level of the mind but also of the subtle bodies, a direct experience of the dimensions of Knowledge. Practices accompanied by Master Kailasha.
PRANAYAMA
There are more than 200 major Prāṇāyāmas of the Siddhanta Prāṇāyāma tradition, both minor and superior, for specific purposes. This seminar will explore introductory practices for experiencing higher states.
RAJA YOGA
Subtle work carried out by the deep mind, introspective techniques that develop inner states, the practices experienced in this edition will be preparatory to the states of Knowledge.
KRYA AND MUDRAS OF HATHA YOGA
Our School is the faithful custodian of more than 360 Krya Yoga techniques. Powerful techniques for strengthening the Lingaśarira and developing Prāṇā Shakti (the mudras of Hatha Yoga have nothing to do with hand positions). We will explore and experiment with preparatory techniques for the direct immersion experience.
Theoretical and cultural aspects and discussion with the Master
THE METAPHYSICS OF YOGA
The vision of Yoga from the Upanishads, Siddhanta, and Vedanta applied to modern life, with discussion with Master Kailasha on practical aspects.
THE SUBTLE WORLDS
Life after death, or rather, life after life, in relation to how to live the present. This topic is also addressed on the basis of the direct experience of Master Kailasha, through discussion with students who can share their experiences while receiving specific guidance from the Master.
