Traditional practices for direct experience of the subtle levels of being

Not through culture or religion, but through direct experience of metaphysical knowledge.
A meeting dedicated to the practice and study of traditional Yoga techniques, oriented towards understanding and experiencing the different planes of consciousness.

PRĀṆĀYĀMA

In the tradition of Siddhānta Yoga, there are more than two hundred Prāṇāyāma, both minor and superior, each intended for specific purposes. During this seminar, some fundamental practices that prepare for deep meditation will be introduced and explored in depth. The authentic form of Ujjayī, the sound of Consciousness, derived from the subtle sound through which Consciousness manifests, will also be practiced. There are several lesser-known variations of Ujjayi: in this meeting, some of them will be taught and experienced firsthand.

Kryā and Mudra of HaṬha Yoga

Our School preserves and transmits over 360 Kryā Yoga techniques. These are powerful and complex practices that combine the different aspects of Yoga: energetic, psychic, and spiritual. During the meeting, some preparatory techniques will be presented and practiced, useful for approaching the direct experience of inner immersion.

MEDITATION AND ANALYSIS

Through moments of guided meditation and analysis, some central themes of inner knowledge will be addressed:

- the psychic nature of the human being
- the relationship between psyche and Soul
- knowledge of life after death

Thanks to the connection with the energies of the higher planes of Consciousness, students will be guided towards authentic and personal meditation experiences, which will subsequently be explained and contextualized.

SATSAṄGA

A moment of direct dialogue with the Master, dedicated to sharing the experiences gained during the practice. Participants are invited to be present and active in the discussion, so that the meeting can become a real opportunity for understanding and growth on one's inner journey.

Seats are limited. Reservations are recommended.
A light vegetarian Ayurvedic lunch will be offered to participants during the day.
